Proud to be American

As the tenth anniversary of 9/11 is just a few days away I would like to announce to whoever reads this that I am so veryproud to be an american. Like most of you I remember exactly where I was. I remember people running out to get copies of the newspaper to put it away into the archives, and I remember saying you ought to be buying yesterdays paper 9/1o/2011 because that’s the last day in history that our nation felt safe and secure. As I look back we came together as a nation that day, democrats and republicans banded together, every church throughout our great nation was pack, families where reunited , people were actually agreeing on what a cheap shot we took that day as our military went to work.
